From Couvin (BE) to Remagen (GER) - South Ardennes and Eifel West East to the Rhine River

I did this tour in 2015 with a 26inch wheeled MTB with Schwalbe Mondial tires , paniers. The tour goes along the Belgium french border and into the German Eifel down the Ahr valley (which in summer 2021 got severely destructed by a flood). I found this tour amazing as it gives you a great access to the ardennoise french culture and is quite off beaten tracks. I did a transalp a few weeks before that tour and actually doing this Ardennes trip was kind of more exciting.It also leads you into Belgium, France, Luxembourg and Germany and offers a great mix of cultures, changing within hours at times.I slept in Hotels. And the food and hospitality was always awesome.As planned this track blindly via komoot the tour has several odd trails (overgrown, private property, hunting area ) you have to find your way around it.
