Max Riese participated in his second Silkroad Mountainrace in 2021 and finished in an amazing 9th Position after just less then 10 days. It has been a brutal journey through the Kyrgyzs mountains once again. From over 40° in the heat to -13° in the night and from sun, over rain, to snow this race with passes close to 4000m elevation really demands every single bit of strength and experience from a rider. Oh and there is a little treat: On top there is a small Tour from Bishkek which probably offers some of the finest single trail in Kyrgyzstan! Welcome to the Byrch Grove.
